Return Policy:  All sales are final. You MUST contact us immediately upon receiving your package to notify us of any problem regarding the condition of the product, such as damage or extreme wear.  All sales are final after 21 days.  If you have not contacted us within this short period of time, we will assume that any damage upon return was caused by you.  We take the utmost care to package our shipments.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Instructions on Return:  You have 10 days upon receiving your package to return your item if damage is an issue.  All items must be returned in the same condition as was sent to you.  No items will be accepted for return if it is damaged or altered.  Please contact us at 574.551.3885 or smoothstability@live.com  to arrange for your return.  You must ship the package back to us, registered and fully insured for the retail value.  Pack the items safely and securely.  Once the item is received by us, we will check the condition of the item and issue a refund, less any shipping charges within 15 days of receipt.
